Swimming Pools

Heated swimming pools, cocktail bar and thatch lapa create the perfect relaxed setting to help ease the stress from every day life.

Horseback Riding

A 2 hour activity that takes place on the 1000hta Ranch conservancy, available for any level of rider wanting to blend in with nature. Horseback riding is an alternative safari option to experiencing the natural wonders of The Ranch Resort. Stalking game gets closer than ever when you’re saddled-up and ready to ride.

Mountain Biking, Hiking & Jogging Routes

There are a variety of routes on the conservancy available to explore on foot or on bicycle. This activity is available to our in-house guests and is unguided. A big attraction is that hikers of all ages and fitness levels are accommodated: those wanting long, challenging hikes can take the ‘high’ road while the slower walkers amble along more gentle low-level paths to the same end point.

Team building & high ropes course

Located on The Ranch Conservancy is our high ropes team building course. The course is ideal for active individuals, schools, universities, sports teams and corporates. The course has been designed to facilitate personal development that is beyond team building. The High Ropes Course emphasizes risk-taking, trust, and coaching. The challenges enable participants to expand their comfort zones—sometimes dramatically—and recognize fears that may block personal achievement. Each moment is rich with discoveries, whether a person is climbing or encouraging a team mate.
